Stephanie Seltman is currently a student at George Mason University majoring in Theater.  She is 22 years old and grew up in Manassas, Virginia.  She has spent much time trying to decide a suitable career for herself, one that would keep her thinking and always working to her fullest but preferably not a desk job.  One day she realized how much she enjoyed working on shows and how well it fit into what she was looking for.  She has been involved with theater for almost 10 years now but only recently has she found her passion for it.  Three years ago, while she was taking a beginning acting class at Northern Virginia Community College and was an Assistant Director for  a One Act show at her church, she found that passion and it has only grown since then.  Because of that passion she has found many great opportunities to work on shows in many different capacities.

Her first big accomplishment was receiving the lead role in "Strange Boarders" in the role of Cordelia Tuttle at Northern Virginia Community College.  She also had various parts in "The Complete History of the Old Testament in 20 Minutes" at her church, All Saints Catholic Church.  She has participated in plays in technical aspects such as light hangs and light board operator, set build, backstage help, props work, and stage management.

She would like to finish her schooling at George Mason and go on to be an actress as well as have a hand in working backstage, preferably stage management.  Also, along with performing and backstage work, she would like to become a certified Massage Therapist.  Someday she hopes to make it to New York and work with some of the great artists, and maybe, if the timing is just right, try her hand in film.

Peace, Love, and BIG Hugs!!
